Four tenants of a building in western Montreal were forced to leave their homes when a fire was sparked early Wednesday.
No one was injured in the fire that started around 1 a.m. on Plamondon St. in Côte-des-Neiges. The fire appears to have started in a basement apartment, though the cause has not yet been determined.
Residents from neighbouring buildings were allowed to return to their homes shortly after the fire was put out.
