Staff at Radio-Canada are in mourning after journalist and anchorman Jean Martin died suddenly.
The CBC said his death happened Tuesday and that he was 59 years old.
Many of Martin’s colleagues reacted on social media, some saying he had recently had heart surgery.
He was well known for various TV newscasts in Quebec. Before hitting the small screen, Martin had worked in radio.
