Here’s an excuse to wear your favorite superhero costume. As if you need an excuse. Gold’s Gym in Baie d’Urfé is hosting a Superhero Challenge at Allan’s Hill Park, Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.There will be five circuits to try and participants must be at least 15 years old. Physical challenges include running up the hill with a bag of sand, squat jumps and sprints. Tickets cost $20 and the money goes to the youth outreach organization Share the Warmth.
