QUÉBEC — A driver in his 50s died in hospital after a violent crash Saturday night in St-Georges-de-Windsor in Estrie.
Around 9 p.m., the victim lost control of his vehicle at the intersection of Principale St. and Brouillard Rd. The car struck a railing, a tree, a pole and then a residence, police said.
The man was alone in the vehicle. Speeding could have been a factor.
