Another weekend of traffic congestion on Montreal’s major roads and bridges is expected:
Ville-Marie tunnel: Partially closed from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday at Exit 6 (Sanguinet St. and St-Laurent Blvd.). Detours via St-Antoine and Berri Sts. and Viger Ave.
Louis-Hippolyte La Fontaine Tunnel: Closed southbound between Exit 4 and Île Charron overnight Friday, Saturday and Sunday, reopening at 5 a.m. on Monday. Entrances from Souligny Ave. and des Futailles St. are also closed all weekend. Lanes will be closed in both directions throughout the weekend.
Mercier Bridge: Ramps linking the bridge to and from Route 132 in Kahnawake will be closed from 3 a.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Monday. linking to the Mercier Bridge will have one lane closed in both directions from 3 a.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Monday. A detour is set up via Route 138.
St-Pierre Interchange: The ramp from Highway 138 east to Highway 20 west will close from 11:59 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.
Highway 520: Will be completely closed eastbound after Exit 4 and westbound until Montée de Liesse from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.
St-Jacques St.: Will be closed in both directions between St-Rémi and de Courcelle Sts. from 8 p.m. Friday until noon on Sunday. Glen Rd. will be closed in both directions between Ste-Catherine and St-Jacques Sts. on Sunday from noon until 11:59 p.m., and Greene Ave. will be closed in both directions between St-Antoine St. and Dorchester Blvd. starting Monday morning until mid-November.
Décarie Blvd.: Will be closed at Paré St. from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to work on sewer and water pipes. The intersection will also be partially closed during the day Saturday and Sunday.
