The Sûreté du Québec is looking to question two people in connection with the double homicide recently carried out in Vaudreuil-Dorion that left a member of the Rock Machine biker gang dead.
The man and woman — Richard Hunt, 38, and Mélanie Binette, 28 — have been charged with crimes together in the past. During the weekend, the SQ posted a release on Facebook stating “investigators would like to meet” both concerning the deaths of Joseph Fluet and Steven Lamarsh. Both men had been shot and were found critically injured on a property on Montée Alstonvale on Thursday. The release only refers to the pair being sought as people the police want to question and not as suspects.
According to his Facebook page, Hunt owns a company called Hunt Maintenance and Renovation and that he attended Hudson High School. The SQ state in the release that he is likely to be driving a pale grey four-door 2011 Dodge Ram with the license plate G54 MKS.
Fluet has been identified in the past by police as a member of the Rock Machine biker gang.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Hunt and Binette are asked to contact the SQ at 1-800-659-4264.
