Police are looking for an elderly, vulnerable man who wandered away from his Montreal seniors home Wednesday night.
Hacene Saad, 70, was last seen near the corner of Papineau Ave. and Ste-Catherine St. around 9:40 p.m. He has serious health problems, likely can’t find his way around the city and cannot take care of himself, police say.
Saad did not have any winter clothes on when he left the nursing home. He is about five-feet-eight inches tall and weighs about 155 pounds. Saad also has white hair, a white beard and brown eyes.
When he disappeared, the 70-year-old was wearing black pants. He wasn’t carrying cash, credit cards or an Opus. Police are urging anyone with any information about Saad’s whereabouts to call 911.
