The city of Dorval is inviting hockey fans to come out and cheer on the Montreal Canadiens next Monday night when the team takes on the Carolina Hurricanes.
The February 8th game will be broadcast live on a big screen at the Dorval Arena at 1450 Dawson Ave. to raise money for local sports associations. Billed as Hockey Night in Dorval, the event gets underway at 6 p.m. and the doors will open at 5 p.m. Fans are being invited to wear red.
The event will include animation during commercial breaks and between periods as well as contests and prizes. Up for grabs are two tickets to the March 18 game between the Canadiens and the Colorado Avalanche..
