A road rage incident in Dollard-des-Ormeaux last Sunday left one man covered in bruises and two other men under investigation.
The incident took place at around 7:30 p.m. and involved two cars driving south along Tecumseh Ave. near the intersection of De Salaberry Blvd., said Montreal Police constable Chantal Castonguay from Station 4.
One car passed the other on the left. When the two vehicles came to a halt at the traffic light, one of the drivers rolled down his window and made a comment. In response, the passenger in the other vehicle got out and walked over to the other vehicle. He is accused of punching the driver who made the comment in the face through the open window.
The injured driver is reported to have exited his car and punches were exchanged.
The other driver who was watching the exchange then exited the vehicle and is accused of kicking and punching the injured driver.
The injured man was transported to hospital in an ambulance and was covered with bruises, but his life was not in danger.
Police are interviewing all three men.
