Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue town officials are advising area motorists of a number of major road closures and detours that will be in effect this week.
Starting Monday, March 17, there will be a complete closure of Highway 40 eastbound between Exit 41, Boulevard des Anciens Combattants in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue and the entrance to St-Charles Blvd. in Kirkland. The highway will be closed for roadwork from 11 p.m. and until 5 a.m. the following morning, Tuesday, March 18.
On Tuesday night, March 18, the same stretch of Highway 40 eastbound will be closed again from 11 p.m. until 5 a.m. Wednesday, March 19 and, then, again Wednesday night, March 19, from 11 a.m. until 5 a.m. Thursday morning.
During these closures, traffic will be detoured through Boulevard des Anciens-Combattants to Highway 20 and St. Charles Blvd.
