Pizza Pizza in Pierrefonds is feeding the Slices for Smiles campaign. Buy half of a 10-inch pizza pie — with a pepperoni smile — for $2 or a medium cheese or pepperoni pizza for $4.99 and a portion of the proceeds goes to Opération Enfant Soleil, a member of the Children’s Miracle Network. Orders must be placed in person. The campaign runs until May 5.
People placing regular orders online or through mobile devices can also donate to the campaign and profits from the sale of $1 smile coupons will also benefit the cause. Since the fundraiser was launched in Montreal in 2008, Pizza Pizza has raised $30,000 for Opération Enfant Soleil. Nationwide, the initiative has raised $1 million for children’s hospitals and organizations.
