The level rail crossing at Woodland Avenue and Highway 20 in Beaconsfield will be closed Tuesday (Oct. 21) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for maintenance work.
CN’s Signals and Communications Group will be working on the automatic signals at the crossing which connects Elm Avenue on the North side with Woodland Avenue on the South side of the highway. Traffic flow on Highway 20 will not be affected by the closure. Temporary traffic signals will be in place for the duration of the work.
