A man was shot Friday around 9:30 p.m. in the Rosemont–La Petite Patrie borough.
Montreal police received calls from the public saying they heard shots in the area around Rosemont Blvd. and 18th Ave.
When they arrived, officers found a stationary vehicle empty with one of its windows broken. Their investigation led them to an apartment building where they found a man around 20 years old bleeding with an injury to his upper body.
The victim was brought to a hospital. No suspects have been arrested.
