Two Quebec men have been charged with first-degree murder in the slayings of the manager and the owner of a St-Hyacinthe strip joint.
Francis Yergeau, 37, and Guiseppe de Leto, 34, are also charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
Provincial police arrested the two men at work in Acton Vale on Wednesday.
The bodies of Nancy Beaulieu and Martin Belair were found buried in snow on Jan. 9, 2015, in the back of a pickup truck in Mascouche.
It is still not known whether the accused knew the victims.
Belair became co-owner of the Cabaret Flamingo bar in July 2014 and began going out that summer with Beaulieu, the club’s manager.
They were last seen three days before their bodies were discovered.
