It could be icy this morning: there was a risk of freezing drizzle overnight.

It will be a wet one today, with drizzle and rain in the forecast and a high of plus 3. Tonight, more of the same with fog patches and a low of plus 1.

The loonie: At 6 a.m., the Canadian dollar was worth 74.1 cents U.S.
